This 45min dance fitness format is registered trade marked with LOVE.
Join us 11am for 15 min of social and 45 min of dancing to the best hits from the 50's to the 80's. Followed by mmore socializing and coffee drinking after class.
Wear red, pink and white, as we will take a group picture.
If you just do the free class, you do not pay anything. However, if you're intrested in our weekly classes, you can join the winter way back on valentines day and save$5. Total cost = $45. and enjoy class until March 7th. No class Feb 28th. Price includes HST.
